I HAVE BEEN QUIETLY DEVELOPING A BODY OF WORK OVER THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS, MAYBE EVEN MY WHOLE LIFE. THIS WORK IS BORN OUT OF MY PAST EXPERIENCE OF BEING A WOMAN IN THE BUSINESS WORLD, PERFORMING AT A HIGH LEVEL, GENERALLY WITHOUT A SPONSOR, AND FEELING THE SQUEEZE OF AN ABSENCE, OF NOT BEING MET, ON BOTH ENDS.
THIS WORK WILL BE CENTERED AROUND THE CRUCIBLE EXPERIENCE I KNOW MANY OF YOU KNOW
On the one end, reaching mid-career and after years of relatively easy and rapid promotion, suddenly stalling out even though you are creating success where others failed; and on the other end, losing touch with the rich, creative, rebellious aspects of yourself that had been a key, beloved part of your life and self-identity before launching your professional career.
