The first body of work I offer is the work I created under The Essential Group aegis. The Essential Group is a boutique leadership development consultancy I founded in 2013. Our focus is to provide leadership development solutions (coaching, group training, offsites and workshops) to individuals and teams that want to perform beyond the edge of their potential, where growth, meaning, and impact intersect.
The second body of work is something I’ve been developing behind the scenes for the past several years. This branch of my work was born out of my lived experience as a woman in high-performance business environments, where you’re entrusted with the impossible, expected to turn chaos into clarity, and succeed where others have failed.
It’s thrilling. It’s demanding. And somewhere along the way… you lose something.
