I’m an executive coach, former tech attorney and information security leader, as well as a passionate builder of human potential. For two decades I climbed, delivered, and led in high-stakes arenas—from Big Law to Microsoft in-house, to leading global-scale turnaround efforts, and beyond—while quietly wondering if professional success had to come at such a high cost. The answer, I discovered, is no. Real power is whole-self power, and today I help others claim it.

The answer, I discovered, is no. Real power is whole-self power, and today I help others claim it.
In my work, I leverage over 30 years’ experience with top law firms and technology companies, including a rise to the executive level at Microsoft and over a decade as an outside consultant to some of the best-known brands in the world. In my various business roles, I have had the opportunity to study human behavior in action and to learn how to influence broad, globally dispersed workforces to create significant and lasting change.

My approach is informed by my early and constant study of what motivates people to do what they do. Since childhood, I’ve enjoyed a fascination with various theories of consciousness and mythological, folk, and other narrative traditions.
What this means is, if we work together, I bring to the table not only a consistent record of high-impact results in corporate life (and all the lessons learned along the way), but also a thoughtfully curated understanding and toolkit derived from multiple traditions, all of which will be funneled into results. I have completed a rigorous program of post-graduate study and certification in Integral Coaching, achieving the Professional Coach Certification designation from New Ventures West, where I often serve as Adjunct Faculty. I have also achieved the Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation. I earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Washington State University.
