The Essential Group, the leadership advisory firm I founded in 2014, serves leaders and their teams: individual advisory and coaching, team interventions, and division-wide leadership development solutions, from discovery to analysis and design, and on through implementation and proof.
I also offer my Full-Spectrum Collection under my own name. These are small group offerings for professional women.
